摘要
目的:探究丹红注射液与加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合治疗对胸痹患者心电图变化及生活质量的影响。方法:选取符合标准的胸痹患者87例,随机数字表法分组,对照组43例予以丹红注射液治疗,研究组44例在对照组基础上联合加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗,疗程均为2周。分析比较2组心电图改善、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果:研究组心电图改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率13.64%(6/44)与对照组11.63%(5/43)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗2周后生理机能、精神健康、精力、情感职能等SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胸痹患者予以丹红注射液与加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合治疗,可显著改善其心电图,提高预后,且安全性较高。
Objective： To explore the effect of combined treatment of Danhong injection and modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on electrocardiographic changes and quality of life in patients with thoracic obstruction. Methods： 87 patients with thoracic obstruction were selected and randomly divided into groups. 43 patients in the control group were treated with Danhong injection, and 44 patients in the study group were treated with modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment is 2 weeks. Analyze and compare the improvement of ECG and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups and the quality of life （SF-36） score before and after treat- ment. Results： The improvement of electrocardiogram in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 13.64% （6/44） and 11.63% （5/43） in the control group had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The SF-36 scores of the physi- ological function, mental health, energy, and emotional functions of the study group were higher than those of the con- trol group after 2 weeks of treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combined treatment of Danhong injection and modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in patients with breast cancer can significantly improve the electrocardiogram, improve the prognosis, and have higher safety.
