摘要
人民群众日益凸显的高质量教育诉求,是新时代社会主要矛盾在教育领域的反映。而教师的整体素质是教育质量提高的基础和重要保障,高校师德建设不仅是培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的必然要求,也是提高教师职业素养,以德立身、以德立学、以德施教的题中之义。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义教育思想是新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,具有鲜明时代特征、文化自信与民族智慧,为高校师德建设提供了指导思想。高校应把握新时期师德建设的时代特征与内涵目标,以构建师德建设长效机制、提升教师道德自觉与培育师德文化为途径加强师德建设。
The public's strong appeal to high quality education reflects our society's main contradiction in educa-tion field in the new era. The overall quality of teachers is a solid foundation and key guarantee for the improve-ment of education quality. Therefore, the construction of college teachers' professional ethics is not only a neces-sary requirement for cultivating builders and successors of the socialist cause who should achieve comprehensivedevelopment in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics. It is also the key to enhance teachers' quality. XIJinping's thought on education is the important part of his thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics inthe new era, which implies the distinctive characteristics of the time, cultural confidence and national wisdom;and provides guidance for the construction of college teachers' professional ethics construction. Under the guid-ance of XI Jinping's thought on education with Chinese characteristics in the new era, universities and collegesshould understand the features and connotative goals of the construction of teachers' professional ethics in thenew era; and strengthen the construction through the development of a long-term mechanism, the cultivation ofmorality culture and the improvement of teacher's moral awareness.
