叶片可调式对旋风机叶轮模态及振动分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了满足不同掘进距离的不同通风需求,设计了叶片角度可调的风机叶轮结构。该叶轮结构紧凑、制造成本低、能够实现变工况同步调节,在满足不同工况所需风量和风压的前提下,实现风机更节能、高效的运行。用LMS模态测试软件对叶轮整体结构进行了模态分析,通过试验得到了叶轮的模态参数,为避免叶轮共振提供了依据。同时,对风机不同工况,不同位置的振动信号进行了测试,通过分析采集到的振动信号得到了不同位置振动的主要原因,为风机结构的优化提供了参考。 In order to meet the different ventilation requirement for different driving distance, the impeller structure of fan was designed and the blade angle was adjustable. The structure of impeller was compact, the cost of manufacture was low, and the synchronous adjustment could achieve for different working conditions. On the premise of meeting the ventilation and wind pressure under different working conditions, the fan could operate economically and efficiently. The modal analysis was carried out for the integral structure of impeller by LMS modal test software, the modal parameters of the impeller were obtained through the test, which provided the basis for avoiding the impeller resonance. Meanwhile, the vibration signals were tested from different working conditions and different locations, main causes of vibration in different positions were obtained by analyzing the collected vibration signals, which provided the reference for the optimization of fan structure.
