摘要
方人学说是黄煌教授提出的通过经方方证对体质进行分类的中医体质学说,是一种指导临床实践的应用性学说。通过对方人学说进行解读,分析其人本性、实证性、系统性、开放性、易传播性的特点,提示方人学说能使中医传统理论从实证出发,去伪存真,也使中医更容易与现代科学实证主义的理念对接,更容易接受现代科学成果的滋养并易被以科学为信仰的现代文化所接受,为中医的现代化、国际化提供新思路。方人学说虽不能涵盖中医学的全部,但它却是中医实证思维的原点,是中医学实用、真实的部分之一。
The ＂fangren＂ theory is a kind of TCM constitution theory proposed by Professor HUANG Huang, which is classed by formula symptoms of classical prescription. It is an applied theory to guide clinical practice.The ＂fangren＂ theory is characterized by people-oriented, empiricalness, systematicness, openness, and easiness of dissenination. Therefore, it can make the traditional Chinese medicine theory to eliminate the false and retain the true according to objective evidence. Because the ＂fangren＂ theory has the same positivism thoughts as modern science, it is more easily to absorb and apply modern scientific achievements and is more easily accepted by modern cultures that believe in science. Hence, the ＂fangren＂ theory provides new ideas for the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine.Although the ＂fangren＂ theory cannot cover all of TCM, it is the origin of the TCM positivism thinking and is the practical and real part of TCM.
