摘要
为解决内蒙古西部电网应对重大自然灾害或突发应急事件时通信能力不足的问题,文章从应急指挥系统功能需求出发,在现有会议系统基础上,通过扩展网络功能、接入多类型语音、整合级联公司五大生产应用系统等方法,构建了一套可实现电网生产信息整合、实时监测以及与现场实时视频的大型综合系统。通过总结内蒙古电力应急指挥系统的设计成果和工程实施经验,可为该系统在省内其他地市公司的推广应用起到很好的示范作用。
In order to solve the problem of lack of communication capacity of the Western Inner Mongolia power grid in response to major natural disasters or emergency emergencies, this paper constructs a large-scale integrated system based on the function requirement of emergency command system. It can realize the power grid production information integration, real-time monitoring and realtime video by expanding network function, accessing multi-type voice and integrating five production application systems. By summarizing the design result and engineering implementation experience of Inner Mongolia electric power emergency command system, it has a good demonstration for the future application of Inner Mongolia electric power company in other local companies in the province.
