摘要
通过对核电厂指套管降质原因的分析,以及国内外指套管事故实例,说明了我国指套管涡流检测技术应用的现状。综述了指套管涡流检测系统的检测探头、探头定位子系统、探头推拔子系统、信号采集与处理子系统、数据传输子系统的主要性能指标,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
The technology application status of eddy current testing are expatiated based on the analysis of failure and the accident examples of the nuclear power plant in-core flux thimble tube both in China and abroad. The main performance index of the detection sensor,the sensor location subsystem,the probe taper subsystem,the signal acquisition and processing subsystem,the data transmission subsystem have been reviewed. In addition,the development trend of eddy current testing technology of nuclear power plant in-core flux thimble tube has been prospected.
