摘要
通过DMT法合成了结晶性低熔点共聚酯,采用差式扫描量热法(DSC)研究了共聚酯体系的热性能和结晶性能。结果表明:加入的间苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMI)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)在降低共聚酯熔点的同时可使共聚酯保持一定的结晶度;非等温结晶动力学分析可知共聚酯结晶存在二次结晶阶段,球晶接近三维生长,在一定降温速率下共聚酯的结晶能力越往后越困难。
A series of low melting point copolyesters were synthesized by DMT route. The thermal and crystalline properties of the copolyesters were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results show that the melting point of the polyester decreases with the addition of DMI and BDO while maintaining a certain degree of crystallinity. Nonisothermal crystallization kinetics shows that there is a secondary crystallization stage in the copolyester crystals, and the spherulites are close to three-dimensionalgrowth. Under a certain cooling rate, the crystallization ability of copolyester becomes more and more difficult.
