摘要
高校图书馆是高校重要的文献资源建设和教学科研支持部门,肩负着学校文献资源建设和服务的责任。青年馆员作为高校图书馆日常管理服务的主要工作力量,在工作能力和方式方法上代表了高校图书馆的管理工作水平。为了能更好地发挥青年馆员的工作能力,保持他们的工作积极性,高校图书馆有必要针对青年馆员进一步完善思想政治教育工作,提升图书馆管理服务工作的质量水平。
University library is an important document resource construction and teaching and scientific research-support department in colleges and universities, shouldering the responsibility of school literature resources construction and service. Young librarians, as the main work force of daily management services of university libraries, represent the management level of university librariesin terms of work ability and methods. In order to better display the work ability of young librarians and maintain their enthusiasm forwork, it is necessary for college libraries to further improve the ideological and political education work for young librarians and improve the quality of library management services.
