摘要
目的:通过研究蒙药那如-3血清指纹图谱,进一步了解其药效物质基础。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),建立蒙药那如-3大鼠灌胃后血清指纹图谱,分析其血清中的有效成分。结果:在蒙药那如-3的含药血清中发现3个入血成分:乌头碱、胡椒碱和没食子酸。结论 :乌头碱、胡椒碱和没食子酸为蒙药那如-3的主要入血成分,是蒙药那如-3的有效成分。
Objective：To investigate the bioactive constituent of traditional Mongolian medicine-Naru-3,the method of Serum Fingerprints were established.Methods：Serum fingerprints of HPLC were adopted to determine the components of traditional Mongolian medicine-Naru-3 absorbed into blood.Results：Three components absorbed into blood were detected by HPLC,aconitine,piperine and gallic acid.Conclusion：Conclusion：Aconitine,piperine and gallic acid were possible the bioactive components absorbed into blood.
