摘要
以新乡市某阻燃布生产废水为例,研究采用铁碳微电解-内芬顿氧化组合工艺可行性,结果表明,阻燃布生产废水先经混凝沉淀后,采用铁碳微电解-内芬顿氧化组合工艺作为预处理工艺,达到了预期的效果。研究表明,铁碳微电解-内芬顿氧化组合工艺最佳运行条件为:pH值为2~3,反应时间5 h,H_2O_2投加量为6‰,铁碳填料填充体积比为40%,曝气量为60 L/min,在此反应条件下,废水COD去除率达到了74%,TP的去除率达到了85%,有效去除了废水中毒性有机磷阻燃剂对生化的抑制,改善了后续生化处理条件,满足了生化进水水质指标,同时也提高了废水的可生化性。
Taking the production wastewater of flame retardant cloth in Xinxiang as an example,the feasibility of the combination of iron carbon micro electrolysis and internal Fenton oxidation process was studied.The results showed that after coagulation and precipitation of the flame retardant production wastewater,the pre treatment process was achieved by using the iron carbon micro electrolysis and internal Fenton oxidation process as the pretreatment process.The study showed that the optimum operating conditions for the combined process of iron carbon micro electrolysis and internal Fenton oxidation are as follows:pH value is 2~3,reaction time is 5 h,H2O2 dosage is 6 per thousand,the volume ratio of filling of iron and carbon filler is 40%,aeration amount is 60 L/min.Under this reaction condition,the COD removal rate of wastewater is 74%,and the removal rate of TP has reached 85%,and the wastewater is effectively removed.The inhibition of toxic organophosphorus flame retardants on biochemistry,improved the following biochemical treatment conditions,met the biochemical water quality index,and also improved the biodegradability of the wastewater.
