摘要
随着国家对文化创意产业的重视,以及经济的推动作用,文化创意产业发展日益繁荣,与此同时,文化创意产业的集群化特点日趋显著,产业由各自为政的分散发展模式,转变为集群发展的规模发展态势.产业集群是提高文化创意产业发展竞争力、增强产业销售能力、形成稳定产业链、提高经济效益、降低经济交易成本以及提高产业对市场的灵敏度的强有力的产业组织形式,是产业经济高质量高效率发展的有效途径.研究通过对国内外相关研究进行梳理,结合国内外发展经验的探究,将理论总结和实践相结合,总结文化创意产业集群的发展路径、特征及形成机理,从而得出我国文化创意产业集群发展的优化启示(1)利用当地资源,重视文化资源开发;(2)人才建设先导,提升产业创新能力;(3)重视产业链优化,发挥产业联动优势;(4)重视协同合作,利用知识溢出资源;(5)完善政府主导,多主体参与的机制.
With the country’s emphasis on the cultural and creative industries and the role of the economy, the development of the cultural and creative industries has become increasingly prosperous. At the same time, the clustering characteristics of the cultural and creative industries have become increasingly signifcant. Industrial clusters are a powerful form of industrial organization that enhances the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries, enhances industrial sales capabilities, forms a stable industrial chain, improves economic efficiency, reduces economic transaction costs, and improves industry-to-market sensitivity. Through combing relevant research at home and abroad and exploring domestic and international development experience, the research combines theoretical exploration and practice, sums up the development path, characteristics and formation mechanism of cultural and creative industrial clusters, so as to obtain a cultural and creative industrial cluster in China.
