摘要
四相并列式排布的非对称耦合电感因其结构特点,运行于磁耦合交错并联双向直流变换器的输出结果与对称耦合电感有所不同。通过分析四相非对称耦合电感应用于磁集成交错并联双向直流变换器的工作模态,研究了对称度、占空比以及耦合系数的变化对变换器稳态性能和暂态性能的影响,给出了四相非对称耦合电感的设计准则,即在对此类非对称耦合电感进行设计时,利用给出的设计公式确定参数的选择区域,进而进行相关参数的选取。最终,通过对此类结构的耦合电感进行设计与实验,验证了理论分析的正确性。
Due to the structural characteristics of a 4-phase (arranged in parataxis) asymmetrical coupled inductor, its output result is different from that of an symmetrical coupled inductor when they operate in a magnetically integrated interleaving bidirectional DC-DC converter. By analyzing the working modes of 4-phase asymmetrical coupled inductors that are used in the same converter, the converter's performances in steady- and transient-state are studied with different symmetric degrees, duty cycles and coupling coefficients. The design criterion for the 4-phase asymmetric coupled inductors is given, i.e., the selection ranges of parameters are determined using the design formula at first, then the related parameters can be selected accordingly. At last, the theoretical analysis was verified through designs and tests on inductors with this kind of structure.
