摘要
综述了低挥发性有机物(VOC)含量聚烯烃和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)的制备方法,并对这些低VOC含量聚合物在建筑领域的应用进行了简单的介绍。在材料制备方面,采用新的聚合方式或开发具有新型结构的材料是有效降低VOC含量的手段;在材料加工过程中,采用高纯度、低VOC含量母料以及低气味助剂,添加高效气味吸附剂和气味萃取剂等手段可以有效降低材料的VOC含量。
The preparation of polyolefin and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) resin with low volatile organic compound(VOC) content are reviewed in this paper and the application of these materials in construction engineering are briefly introduced. The content of VOC can be effectively reduced in the process of preparation by new polymerization methods or by developing a material with new structure. The application of the masterbatch with high purity and low VOC content as well as the low odor additives can also reduce the content of VOC effectively. Adding odor adsorbent and odor extraction agent are effective approaches as well.
