摘要
综述了聚苯乙烯保温隔热板阻燃性能及力学性能改进的研究进展。通过制备阻燃包覆剂包覆在珠粒表面,可以改善聚苯乙烯保温隔热板的防火阻燃性能;调整不同组分的比例以及添加增强短纤维或生物质,可以提高聚苯乙烯隔热板的力学性能。采取以上措施,能够提高建筑物外保温系统的施工质量,有效预防火灾并降低火灾的危害。
This paper reviews the research progress to modification for flame retarding and mechanical properties of polystyrene(PS) thermal insulation board. The fire prevention and flame retarding properties of PS board are improved by preparing flame retarding inhibitors that are coated on the surface of the PS pellets. The mechanical properties of PS board can also be enhanced by optimizing the proportion of different components and by adding reinforced short fiber or biomass. Through these measures the construction quality of thermal insulation system of building exterior walls are improved and fire disaster can be prevented effectively and minimized.
