摘要
考察了一种新型载体所制备催化剂的聚合性能,探讨了不同邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)用量对其聚合性能的影响。结果表明:DIBP用量较少时,载体基质上的吸附量不足,造成催化剂的非等规活性中心较多,催化剂的活性和立体定向性都较差,而当DIBP用量适当时,催化剂的活性和立体定向性较好,继续增加DIBP用量则使其在载体基质上的吸附量增大,非活性中心位置上DIBP吸附量增大,造成催化剂的比表面积大幅降低,催化剂活性下降,但立体定向性基本不变;催化剂的氢调敏感性较好,活性随着温度的升高而增加,二环戊基二甲氧基硅烷作外给电子体时催化剂立体定向性最好,而使用二异丁基二甲氧基硅烷时催化剂氢调敏感性最好。
The polymerization performance of the catalyst prepared from new novel support was investigated and the influence of the amount of diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP) on the performance of the catalyst was observed. The results show that less DIBP may lead to poor adsorption capacity on support,which is in favor of forming more isotactic center and low activity and stereospecificity of the catalyst. The appropriate amount of DIBP endows good activity and high stereospecificity of the catalysts. However,the introduction of redundant DIBP increases the adsorption capacity on support and on non-active centers,which reduces significantly the specific surface area and the activity of the catalysts,while affects little to the stereospecificity. Hydrogen sensitivity of the catalyst is good,and the activity increases following the temperature. Dicyclopentyldimethoxysilane can be used as external donors to obtain the highest stereospecificity of the catalyst,and the usage of diisobutyldimethoxysilane obtains more sensitive hydrogen response than another external donors.
