摘要
基于中国西部的11个省份的乡镇层面面板数据,探析了农村交通基础设施对农村居民人均纯收入的非线性影响及其作用机制。研究发现,农村交通基础设施对农村居民人均纯收入具有显著的三重门槛效应,以有效路网密度衡量的门槛值分别为7.099、20.247和30.569。在各门槛区间内,有效路网密度对农村居民人均纯收入及其两大主要构成——农村居民人均工资性收入和人均家庭经营纯收入的弹性符号为正,并依序呈现出"U"型、非线性减小和非线性增加的趋势。研究表明:提升农村交通基础设施存量对农村居民人均纯收入及其两大主要构成均具有非线性正向促进作用,相较而言,更有利于农村居民家庭经营纯收入的增长,这有助于缓解农民贫困与农村空巢化问题。
The paper analyzes the non-linear influence that the rural transportation infrastructure has on rural residents' per capita net income and its mechanism,which is based on the summarized township-level panel data of all the provinces in western China. The result is obtained that rural transportation infrastructure has a significant triple threshold effect on the per capita net income of rural residents,and the thresholds measured by the effective road network density are 7.099,20.247 and 30.569,respectively. In each threshold interval,the elasticity values of the effective road network density to rural residents' per capita net income and its two main components-rural residents' per capita wage income and rural residents' per capita household operating net income-are all positive.The elasticity coefficient orderly presents a U-shaped trend,an nonlinear reduce trend and a nonlinear growth trend. These results indicate that the development of the rural transportation infrastructure has non-linear positive effect on the improvement of per capita net income of rural residents and its two main components,especially the rural households operating net income,which helps to alleviate peasant poverty and the rural empty nest problem.
