摘要
以工程项目中某款增程式电动车为研究对象,根据整车基本参数和提出的性能指标,对此增程式电动车的动力系统进行参数匹配和选型,并在试验场进行试验验证。试验结果表明,此车能够满足最高车速、加速性能、爬坡性能和续驶里程的设计要求,验证了该动力匹配的合理性。同时在增程器工作点设置方面进行了对比试验,分别设置定工作点策略、2~5个工作点策略和连续工作点策略进行对比分析,结果显示3个工作点策略较为合理,而传统的定工作点策略和连续工作点策略都有其局限性,试验结果为增程式电动车的后续开发工作提供依据。
Study on an extended-range electric vehicle as object of reference,according to the basic parameters and the performance index of power system,parameters matching and selection of the power system of the extended-range electric vehicle is carried out,and verified by the experiment in field test. The results show that the vehicle can meet the maximum speed,acceleration performance,climbing performance and design mileage requirements,to verify the rationality of the power matching. At the same time,a comparative experiment was carried out on by setting procedures for working point are provided with fixed point strategy,2 ~ 5 strategies and continuous working strategies were analyzed the results showed that three working point is more reasonable,and the working point of traditional and continuous working strategies have their limitations. This experiment provides the basis for the subsequent development of extended-range electric vehicle.
