现代学徒制:电子信息工程技术专业人才培养模式的知与行 被引量:9

摘要 目前,我国正处在"十三五"阶段经济转型升级的关键时期,要解决当前高职专业人才培养的质量问题,引入现代学徒制人才培养模式是最有力的途径。以电子信息工程技术专业为例,分析了现代学徒制的内涵与特点,从双主体育人机制构建、工学交替专业人才培养方案制定、课程体系、校企双导师队伍建设、考核评价机制改革等方面提出了现代学徒制人才培养的实施方案,以期实现学校、企业、生徒三方共赢,推动高职教育发展。 At present,China is at the critical period for economic transformation and upgrading in the stage of the13 th Five-Year Plan. In order to solve the problem of the quality of higher vocational talents training, it is the most powerful way to introduce a modern apprenticeship training model. Taking electronic information engineering specialty as an example, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship and puts forward the implementation of modern apprenticeship training embodiment from the construction of double mechanism alternation professional talent training scheme, curriculum system, enterprise-school double tutor team construction and evaluation mechanism reform to help the tripartite benefits for the students, the colleges and the enterprises, thus to promote the development of higher vocational education.
