单侧与双侧经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床效果对比 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察单侧与双侧经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床效果。方法 60例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用双侧经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗,观察组采用单侧经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术后,两组的VAS评分、ODI指数及Cobb's角显著优于术前(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术时间短于对照组,骨水泥用量及透视次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用单双侧PVP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折临床效果相似,单侧手术时间短、放射暴露少,骨水泥用量少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of unilateral and bilatera l percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods Sixty patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty. The observation group was treated with unilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After surgery, the VAS score, ODI index and Cobb's angle in both groups were significantly better than those before surgery(P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of bone cement and the number of fluoroscopy were less than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Unilateral and bilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures have similar clinical effects; for unilateral surgery, the time of surgery is shorter, the radiation exposure is less, the bone cement dosage is less, it is worthy of clinical application.
