^(125)I近距离照射联合最大限度雄激素阻断对中晚期前列腺癌患者临床症状和代谢指标的影响

Effect of ^(125)I brachytherapy and maximum androgen blockade on the clinical symptoms and metabolic indexes of patients with middle and advanced prostate cancer

摘要 目的探讨^(125)I近距离照射联合最大限度雄激素阻断对中晚期前列腺癌患者临床症状和代谢指标的影响。方法收集在我院泌尿外科就诊的中晚期前列腺癌患者120例,按照患者意愿选择的临床治疗方案分为两组,各60例;两组均行最大限度雄激素阻断治疗,试验组辅助^(125)I近距离照射治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者前列腺体积随着时间延长而逐渐缩小,治疗后6个月试验组明显小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组KPS评分随着时间延长而逐渐升高,治疗后1、3、6个月,试验组KPS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,试验组PSA明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌患者经^(125)I近距离照射联合最大限度雄激素阻断疗法临床症状和血清代谢指标可得到一定改善,具有一定临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of ^125I implantation and maximum an drogen blockage on clinical symptoms and metabolic indexes of patients with middle and advanced prostate cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with prostate cancer were collected in our hospital and divided into two groups according to the therapy methods, with 60 cases in each group. All the patients were treated by maximum androgen blockage; and the experimental group added ^125I implantation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the prostate volume in both groups decreased, the KPS scores in both groups increased with time delay; the prostate volume of the experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group after treatment for 6 months(P〈0.05). After 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment, the KPS scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment for 6 months, the PSA level of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms and serum metabolism index of prostate cancer patients treated by ^125I implantation and maximum androgen blockage have been improved, which has certain clinical application value.
