摘要
目的探讨联用度洛西汀与多塞平治疗躯体形式疼痛障碍患者的临床效果。方法将98例躯体形式疼痛障碍患者分为单药组(单用多塞平)与联用组(联合应用度洛西汀与多塞平),各49例。对比两组相关指标。结果两组患者疼痛评分均随着时间的延长逐渐降低,且治疗后不同时刻联用组疼痛评分均低于单药组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组5-HT水平均显著升高,NE水平均显著降低,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组疼痛控制总有效率对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论躯体形式疼痛障碍患者联合采用度洛西汀与多塞平治疗能够有效减轻疼痛,改善血清5-HT和NE水平,提高疼痛控制效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of dutoxetine combined with doxepin in the treatment of somatoform pain disorder. Methods Ninety-eight patients with somatoform pain disorder were divided into single drug group（only given doxepin） and combination group（dutoxetine combined with doxepin）, with 49 cases in each group. The related indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores in both groups significantly decreased gradually with the prolongation of medication time, and those in the combination group were lower than the single drug group at different time after treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of 5-HT increased significantly, and the level of NE decreased significantly in both groups, and there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of pain control was significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of dutoxetine combined with doxepin in the treatment of somatoform pain disorder can effectively relieve pain, improve the serum 5-HT and NE levels and enhance the effect of pain control.
