摘要
针对项目-员工匹配决策问题,本文给出了一种考虑员工间具有同事偏好信息的匹配决策方法。首先,根据项目和员工给出的弱偏好序信息计算员工对项目、项目对员工、员工对其他员工的满意度;其次,构建考虑同事偏好的多目标匹配决策模型,该模型改进了传统的蚁群算法,通过求解匹配模型获得最优匹配结果;最后,通过数值分析验证了决策模型的可操作性。
A matching decision method considering colleagues' preference is proposed to solve the project-employee matching decision problems.First,according to the weak preference ordering information given by projects and employees,employees' relative satisfaction degrees at projects,projects' relative satisfaction degrees at employees and employees' relative satisfaction degrees at the other employees are calculated.Furthermore,a multi-objective matching decision model considering colleagues' preference is constructed based on the relative satisfaction degrees.According to the characteristics of the multi-objective model,this paper solves for the optimal matching results by improving traditional ant colony algorithm.Finally,a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method.
