摘要
循环流化床锅炉是在原有的锅炉系统上进行的技术改进和设备升级,属于一种高性能的锅炉,在电厂中使用较广。为了保证运行的安全、质量和效率,有效发挥其使用价值,就必须进行科学的运行管控,在这一过程中,控制的要点是锅炉的床温。如果出现温度不平稳,波动幅度较大的情况,那么自动控制系统会受到影响,相关功能无法合理发挥,从而导致系统故障。结合多年的工作经验以及相关的研究理论,对于床温自动控制进行详细论述,并提出合理化建议,为相关工作人员提供有益参考。
Circulating fluidized bed boiler is a technical improvement and equipment upgrading of the original boiler system,which belongs to a kind of boiler with high performance,and is widely used in the power plant.In order to ensure the safety,quality and efficiency of the operation and the realize effective use of its use value,it is necessary to carry out scientific operation and control.In this process,the main point of control is the bed temperature of the boiler.If the temperature is not stable and the fluctuation is large,the automatic control system will be affected,and the related functions can not be used reasonably,which leads to the system failure.Combined with years of work experience and related research theory,this paper discussed the automatic control of bed temperature in detail,and put forward rationalization proposals for the relevant staff to provide useful reference.
