水溶性硅量子点的合成及对花茶中铜的荧光检测 被引量:5

摘要 硅量子点具有优越的光学性能,但传统方法制备的硅量子点由于水溶性较差而使其应用受到制约,文中以葡萄糖作还原剂,水浴加热一步还原法制备出激发500 nm,发射560 nm的黄绿色荧光硅量子点;对反应时间、反应温度、反应物的摩尔比、氢氧化钠的加入等影响因素进行了优化;并对硅量子点进行了IR、XPS、TEM表征。此方法制备的硅量子点对酸碱具有良好的稳定性,重金属铜离子能与硅量子点发生相互作用导致荧光强度的显著下降。基于铜离子对硅量子点荧光猝灭行为,建立了测定铜离子的方法。该方法对金属铜离子具有显著的选择性,方法灵敏,检出限低,并用于检测花茶中的铜。 Silicon quantum dots have excellent optical performance, however, silicon quantum dots prepared by traditional methods have the poor water-solubilily, so their application have been limited. In this study,glucose was used as redaetor,a yellow-green flu- orescent water-soluble silicon quantum dot with excited 500 nm, emission 560 nm was synthesized by using one-step hydrothermal method. Reaction time, reaction temperature, the ratio of reagent and sodium hydroxide amounts were optimized. The structures of silicon quantum dots were characterized by IR, XPS and TEM. The silicon quantum dots was high pH stability, and the interaction between copper with silicon quantum dot can lead to fluorescence intensity has a significant decrease. Base on the fluorescence quenching behavior of copper to silicon quantum dots,a method of detection on copper was established. The method has significant selection on copper,was highly sensitive and has low detection limit,which was applied to copper detection in scented tea.
