利用综合健康宣教提高PICC患者自护能力、治疗依从性的价值分析

摘要 目的研究分析利用综合健康宣教提高PICC患者的自护能力以及治疗依从性的影响。方法将2015年8月至2017年4月我院收治的PICC患者70例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各35例。对照组患者实施常规护理方式,实验组患者采用综合健康教育,对两组患者的自护能力以及治疗依从性进行比较。结果实验组患者的自护能力以及治疗依从性都显著的优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合健康宣教的方式对PICC患者实施护理,可以有效的提高患者的自护能力,使得患者的治疗依从性也显著提高,临床价值比较显著,值得广泛应用。 Objective To study and analyze effect of comprehensive health education to improve treatment compliance and self-care ability of PICC patients. Methods Treat 70 cases PICC patients our hospital from August 2015 to April 2017 as research objects. Divide them into control and experimental group randomly, 35 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine nursing, and experimental group with comprehensive health education. Compare treatment compliance and self-care ability of two groups. Results Self-care ability and treatment compliance of experimental group was significantly better than control group, difference showed statistical significance,(P〈0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive health education mode can improve self-care ability and treatment compliance of of patients significantly, with great clinical value, which is worthy of wide application.
