胸腔镜右肺上叶切除术后中叶扭转2例 被引量：1

Diagnosis and treatment of right middle lobe torsion after thoracoscopic lobectomy of right upper lobe： report of two cases

摘要 例1女46岁。体检时发现右肺上叶后段结节2周，PET—CT提示结节大小2．5cm×2．0cm×2．0em，最大标准摄取值（SUVmax）5．60，考虑右肺上叶癌。2013年9月全身麻醉下胸腔镜右肺上叶后段结节局部切除，冰冻病理结果为腺癌，行胸腔镜右肺上叶切除及纵隔、肺门、叶间淋巴结清扫。
