摘要
目的 探讨激励上报制度应用于妇产科不良事件管理中的效果.方法 对本院2014年1月至2017年1月妇产科不良事件资料进行回顾性分析,统计激励上报制度建立前(2014年1月至2015年6月间)、激励上报制度建立后(2015年7月至2017年1月间)主动上报和48 h内及时上报不良事件的例数,对比两时间段内不良事件严重程度分布情况,记录投诉例数.结果 激励上报制度建立后,不良事件主动上报例数、及时上报例数均高于激励上报制度建立前(均P< 0.05),投诉例数低于激励上报制度建立前(P<0.05),且0~Ⅰ级不良事件占比较激励上报制度建立前上升(P<0.05).结论 激励上报制度可提高妇产科不良事件的主动上报率与及时上报率,对及时调解医患纠纷、维持妇产科秩序有利.
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of incentive reporting system in the adverse events management at department of obstetrics and gynecology. MethodsThe adverse events at department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January, 2014 to January, 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The number of active reporting cases and timely reporting adverse events within 48 h were recorded before ( from January, 2014 to June, 2015) and after the establishment of incentive reporting system (from July, 2015 to January, 2017); and the adverse event severity distribution was compared between the two time periods; the number of complaint cases was recorded. ResultsThe active reporting cases and timely reporting cases of adverse events were higher while the number of complaints was lower after than before the establishment of incentive reporting system (all P〈 0.05). And the proportion of 0- Ⅰ grade adverse events was higher after than before the establishment of incentive reporting system (P 〈 0.05). ConclusionsIncentive reporting system can improve the active reporting rate and timely reporting rate of adverse events at department of obstetrics and gynecology; and it is beneficial to timely mediate medical disputes and maintain the order of department of obstetrics and gynecology.
