摘要
面对医学科技营养过剩,而医学人文关怀严重缺失的现状,倡导"生物心理社会"的现代医学模式要求麻醉医生在保障患者安全的同时,应施以更多的人文关怀。这不但可以给患者心理安慰,减轻患者的不良记忆,更可有利于临床预后,改善医患关系。但是,年轻麻醉医生,理论知识欠缺,临床经验不足,需将更多的时间和精力投入在麻醉技术的学习和理论知识的提高上,很多时刻忽略了对患者的人文关怀。笔者认为,人文关怀需深入到术前访视,麻醉等待区,手术室内,苏醒室内以及术后随访等各个步骤的细节之中。而且,临床工作中,人文关怀的实施需要麻醉医师、外科医师、护理团队以及患者本身的协同配合,共同构建和谐医疗环境。
The current state of medical treatment is that the over-nutrition of medical science and technology is excessive,but the medical humanities concern is deficient.So modern medical treatment advocates ＂ biological-psychological-social＂ model,which requires anesthesiologists not only to ensure safety of the patient but also do more humanistic care.This can not only provide psychological comfort to patients,but also alleviate patients＇ bad memory,which can be beneficial to clinical prognosis and improve doctor-patient relationship.Young anesthesiologists maybe be lack of theoretical knowledge and clinical experience,who need to spend more time and energy in learning and improving the theoretical knowledge of anesthesia,so a lot of them ignore the humanistic care.The author believes that humanistic care should go deep into the details of preoperative visits,anesthesia waiting areas,operating rooms,post anesthesia care unit and postoperative follow-up. Moreover,in clinical work, the implementation of humanistic care requires the coordination of anesthesiologists,surgeons,nursing teams and patients,all of them build a harmonious medical environment.
