摘要
拔牙是口腔科最基本的技术操作和技术技能,但是什么样的牙需要拔,什么样的牙不需要拔。我们应以患者为中心,取得患者的同意,解除患者的恐惧心理,争取患者配合,共同完成拔牙操作。本文应用哲学辩证唯物主义的基本观点和原理,从医学技术、医学心理、医学伦理等领域出发,结合本专业的实际情况,研究和讨论拔牙的适应证和禁忌证,智齿的拔除,乳牙的拔除,牙周病的拔牙问题以及口腔正畸减数拔牙和口腔修复中拔牙的一些问题,进一步地阐述和说明。
Tooth extraction is the basic operation and skills,but it is still confusing to decide what kind of teeth to be extracted.We should focus on the patients,obtaining their consent and relieving their fear to get the cooperation and achieve the teeth extraction together.This paper applied the basic viewpoints and principles of philosophical dialectical materialism to study and discuss the indications and contraindications of the teeth extraction,including the extraction of wisdom teeth,deciduous teeth and teeth with periodontal disease,from the view of medical technology,psychology,and ethics.And the teeth extraction in orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment is also further discussed.
