摘要
高等教育大众化发展是社会发展的必然要求,同时也是实现学生个人发展需求的重要途径。美术教育作为教育中的基础内容,对于学生的综合素质以及教学多样性发展有着重要作用。西部高校基础美术教育发展受社会环境、自然条件、经济发展等因素的影响,存在美术教育理念落后、专业师资匮乏、美术资源贫乏等诸多问题。因此,应通过明确基础美术教育的发展目标,提高政府部门重视程度及监管力度,营造良好的美术教学环境及氛围,创新教学方式、完善教学评价体系,转变高等院校美术教育指导思想等途径,切实提高西部基础美术教学的质量和效率,为西部地区经济发展培养出更多具有创新精神的综合型人才。
The popularization of higher education is an inevitable requirement of social development,and it is also an important way to achieve the individual development needs of students. Art education,as the basic content of education,plays an important role in the overall quality of students and the development of teaching diversity. Due to the constraints of many factors in western China,the development of basic art education in western universities is affected by factors such as social environment,natural conditions and economic development. There are many problems such as backwardness of art education concepts,lack of professional teachers and lack of art resources. Therefore,we should clarify the development goals of basic art education,improve the degree of attention and supervision of government departments,create a good art teaching environment and atmosphere,innovative teaching methods,improve the teaching evaluation system,and change the guiding ideology of art education in universities,to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of basic art teaching and cultivate more innovative talents for the economic development of the western regions.
