摘要
高校发展战略规划的制定与实施对于大学未来建设和发展意义重大。澳洲高校的发展战略规划具有注重细节、严谨务实、目标明晰、全员参与、切合实际、动态调控等特点。通过研究澳洲高校发展战略规划的制定过程、构成指标、表现形式、实施路径、反馈机制和动态修正等环节,为我国高校发展战略规划的构建和实施提供参考和借鉴。新时代,我国高校应从自身实际出发,树立品牌意识、可持续发展意识、教育产业国际化意识,树立目标量化管理理念并制定配套政策及法规,科学规划、长远布局,推进高校"双一流"建设顺利实施。
The formulation and implementation of the strategic planning for the development of universities is of great significance to the future construction and development of the universities. The development strategy planning of Australian universities has the characteristics of detailed plan,rigorous and pragmatic norms,clear target,full participation,and practical and dynamic regulation. By studying the formulation process,composition index,manifestation,implementation path,feedback mechanism and dynamic revision of Australian university＇s development strategic planning,this paper provides reference for the construction and implementation of Chinese university＇s development strategic planning. In the new era,China＇s universities should be in accordance with reality,brand awareness,consciousness of sustainable development,awareness of the internationalization of the education industry,establishment of the quantitative management ideas and formulation of the related policies and regulations,scientific planning and long-term layout,to promote the construction of ＂Double First-Class＂smooth implementation.
