摘要
探讨一种筒子纱编织袋包装与码垛控制系统。总结分析了现有筒子纱自动包装系统的优缺点,提出了一种基于编织袋包装和码垛的控制系统。该系统包括上位机和五个不同功能的下位机模块。通过控制单个筒子纱重量偏差,电脑配重选纱装袋的方法精确控制单袋筒纱重量偏差。认为:通过现场安装和使用效果评价,本系统能够较好地实现精确控制单袋重量的筒子纱编织袋自动包装与码垛。
A kind of control system for cheese packaging with woven bag and palletizing was discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of current automatically packaging system for cheese were summarized and ana- lyzed. A kind of control system based on cheese packaging with woven bag and palletizing was put forward. The system included the host computer and five lower computer modules with different functions. Through the control of single cheese weight deviation, the weight deviation of single bag cheese was accurately controlled with the method of selecting yarn bag with computer. It is considered that automatically packaging and palletizing of single woven bag packaged cheese can be accurately controlled with the system through onsite installation and usage effect evaluation.
