摘要
创新驱动发展战略下,创新型人才为促进上海经济发展的关键。本文构造了经济增长模型,用上海市2006~2015年相关数据,测算物质资本、创新型人力资本和劳动力对上海经济发展的贡献率。结果表明,物质资本贡献最大,是经济发展的主要推动力;创新型人力资本贡献居中,为推动经济发展的中坚力量;劳动力贡献最小,作用于经济发展不明显。据此从培养创新型人力资本、优化人力资本结构与人才发展环境、调整物质资本投资方面提出了对策。
Under the strategy of innovation-driven development, innovative talents are the key to promoting Shanghai＇s economic development. The paper constructs a model of economic growth and uses the relevant data from 2006 to 2015 in Shanghai to calculate the contribution rate of material capital, innovative human capital and labor force to Shanghai＇s economic development. The results show that material capital contributes the most and is the main driving force of economic development. The contribution of innovative human capital is the center, which is the backbone of economic development. The contribution of labor force is the smallest, and the role of economic development is insignifcant. Based on this, measures are put forward from the aspects of cultivating innovative human capital, optimizing human capital structure and human resources development environment, and adjusting material capital investment.
