摘要
"城市利益让渡"是城乡关系调整的一个理论命题,它在"乡村振兴"的国家战略中具有特别重要的意义。从人类的发展进程来看,从公民权利让渡到国家主权让渡,再到企业的价值让渡,再到社会利益让渡,这是有其内在的历史逻辑与现实依据的。社会利益让渡作为社会利益的一种调节手段,它存在的可能性具有三个社会基础,即互惠利他主义的人性基础、人的共生共在的社会状态,以及社会合作行为及理论确认。"城市利益让渡"是缘于中国城市中心主义社会发展模式的困境;起于"以工促农、以城带乡"的国家发展方略;也是"乡村振兴"战略与"城乡融合"发展模式的出路之一。
As a theoretical proposition of the urban and rural relations adjustment,＂the transfer of urban benefit＂is of special significance in the national strategy of＂rural revitalization＂.From the perspective of the human development process,there is an inherent historical logic and realistic basis for the transfer of civil rights,national sovereignty,corporation value,and the social benefits.As a means of adjusting social interest,the possibility of social benefit transfer has three social foundations,namely,the humanity basis of reciprocal altruism,the social state of human symbiosis,and social cooperative behavior and its theoretical confirmation.The＂transfer of urban benefit＂is due to the dilemma of the development mode of urban centralism in China,origins from the＂national plan to promote agriculture utilizing industry advantage and enhance township development driven by urban development＂.It is also one of the ways for the＂rural revitalization＂strategy and the＂urban-rural integration＂development model.
