Experimental Study on Axial Compression and Splitting Tensile Properties of Industrial Recycled Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete

摘要 为研究从工业回收钢纤维改性混凝土轴心抗压和劈裂抗拉性能,实验以钢纤维掺量、长径比和类型为影响因素,进行了相关试验。目前国内对回收钢纤维混凝土还鲜有研究,本文通过对回收钢纤维进行研究发现,各回收钢纤维均对混凝土有着良好的增强效果,基本在钢纤维掺量为1.5%时发挥出钢纤维的最佳效果。回收钢纤维对混凝土增强的同时又改善了塑性性能。 In order to study the axial compression and splitting tensile properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete from industry,the experiment was carried out with the influence factors of steel fiber content,length diameter ratio and type. At present,there is little research on the recycled steel fiber concrete. Through the study of the recycled steel fiber,it is found that all the recycled steel fibers have a good enhancement effect on the concrete,and the best effect of the steel fiber is given when the steel fiber content is 1.5%. Recycled steel fiber reinforced concrete and improved plastic properties.
