摘要
目的研究与分析间歇洗胃法救治急性有机磷中毒的临床效果。方法从本院2015年10月至2017年10月接收的急性有机磷中毒患者中,随机抽取210名患者,其中,2015年10月至2016年9月的患者作为对照组,从2016年10月开始本院统一更改洗胃方式,则将2016年10月至2017年10月的患者作为观察组,均105例。对照组患者接受一次性洗胃方法,观察组患者接受间歇洗胃法进行治疗。观察两组患者洗胃效果,包括阿托品用量、住院天数、反跳发生情况。观察两组患者洗胃后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者阿托品用量、住院天数、反跳发生率均优于对照组患者;观察组患者洗胃后不良反应发生率显著低于对照组患者;差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论间歇洗胃法救治急性有机磷中毒的临床效果较为显著,能够减少患者阿托品的使用量,降低反跳发生的几率,彻底清除患者体内的毒性物质,缩短患者的住院时间,临床价值较高,值得推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of intermittent gastric lavage in the treatment of acute organophosphate poisoning. Methods Randomly selected 210 patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning received from our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017, were divided into observation group and control group, were 105 cases. Patients in the control group received a one-time gastric lavage method and patients in the observation group received intermittent gastric lavage therapy. Gastric lavage effects were observed in two groups, including the amount of atropine, days of hospitalization, and the occurrence of rebound. Observed two groups of patients after gastric lavage adverse reactions. Results The dosage of atropine, the days of hospitalization and the incidence of rebound in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observer group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of intermittent gastric lavage in the treatment of acute organophosphate poisoning is significant, which can reduce the amount of atropine used, reduce the chance of rebound, thoroughly remove the toxic substances in patients and shorten the hospitalization time of patients with high clinical value, It is worth to promote use.
