摘要
军民融合培养军事人才,是落实军民融合发展战略、加强军事人才培养体系建设的必由之路。立足新时代新特点新要求,必须重新明确军民融合培养军事人才定位,并紧紧围绕军事人才能力结构进行遴选和培育。基于军民融合培养军事人才定位及其能力结构,在培养时机上应尽量前置,在培养过程中须优势互补,在培养模式上要不拘一格。
It is necessar to implement civil-military integration development strategy,to strengthen the construction of military personnel training system,and to train military personnel with civil-military integration. In the new era,the orientation of military personnel integration and training of military personnel must be redefined,and the selection and cultivation must be closely related to capability structure of military personnel. According to its educational orientation and the capability structure,the training of military personnel of civil-military integration should aim to prepose the training time,complement their respective training models,and break through any established models.
