摘要
目的通过观察显微镜下行巩膜外垫压术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的效果,评价该方法的有效性及优点。方法本研究收集孔源性视网膜脱离患者53例(53只眼),术前检查裂孔的位置及范围,在显微镜下行巩膜外垫压术,并收集孔源性视网膜脱离的术前及术后的临床资料,记录术中及术后并发症。结果本研究患者随访4~6个月。术后2周52只眼视网膜裂孔封闭,裂孔封闭率为98.1%;视网膜完全复位50只眼,复位率达94.3%;视网膜下积液3只眼,术后1个月后完全吸收。术后视力较术前显著提高;术后1个月、3个月视力显著高于术前,差异具有统计学意义。术后1个月,1例(1只眼)患者出现新的裂孔,造成视网膜脱离。结论显微镜下行巩膜外垫压术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的方法简单方便、并能精确定位裂孔,手术视野清晰,术后效果良好。
Objective To observe the results of treatment for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with scleral buckling under surgical microscope. The effects and merit of the method was evaluated. Methods The study included 53 patients（53 eyes） with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. The location and size of the retina hole was examined before the surgery. All patients were treated with scleral buckling under surgical microscope. The clinical characteristics of the patients were collected before and after surgery and the complications of the surgery were also collected during surgery and the follow up period. Results All patients were followed up for 4 to 6 months. The hole of 52（98. 1%） eyes was closed with the surgery at 2 weeks after operation and 50（94. 3%） eyes had complete reattachment. Subretinal fluid of 50 eyes was absorbed on day 1 after surgery,and that of the other 3 eyes was absorbed in one month. In all eyes vision signicantly improved at 1 month and 3 months after the surgery. Only one eye experienced retinal detachment again because of a new one hole. Conclusions The scleral buckling under microscope for the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment is simple and convenient,and can accurately locate the hole. The view in the surgery is good,and the outcomes are satisfying.
