摘要
目的:评价产前超声检查在双胎妊娠并发症诊断及治疗中的价值。方法:抽取66例双胎妊娠并发症孕妇,所有孕妇均进行产前超声检查,对孕妇进行分型、分期监测,分析产前超声检查诊断效果及治疗效果。结果:66例双胎妊娠孕妇经产前超前检查发现,有28例孕妇为单绒毛双羊膜囊双胎;有3例孕妇为单绒毛单羊膜囊双胎;有35例孕妇为双绒毛双羊膜囊双胎,经对比分析,单绒毛双羊膜囊双胎、双绒毛双羊膜囊双胎孕妇明显多于单绒毛单羊膜囊双胎孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双绒毛双羊膜囊双胎并发症明显低于单绒毛单羊膜囊双胎、单绒毛双羊膜囊双胎,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双绒毛双羊膜囊双胎胎儿丢失率明显低于单绒毛单羊膜囊双胎、单绒毛双羊膜囊双胎,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予双胎妊娠并发症孕妇进行产前超声检查与监测,可有效降低胎儿丢失率及并发症,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To evaluate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of twin pregnancy complications. Method A total of 66 pregnant women with twin pregnancy complications were randomly selected. All pregnant women underwent prenatal ultrasonography. Pregnant women were classified,staged and analyzed for prenatal ultrasound Check the diagnostic results and treatment results,the final result with the pregnancy gold standard. Results 66 cases of pregnant women with twin pregnancies by prenatal examination found that 28 cases of pregnant women with single chorionic double amniotic capsule twins;3 cases of pregnant women with single chorionic single amniotic sac twins; 35 cases of pregnant women for the double couch double amniotic membrane（P〈0. 05）. The rate of fetal failure was significantly lower than that of single chorionic single amniotic sac twins,and the single-villus double amniotic sac was significantly lower than that of single-villus double-amniotic sac Twins（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pregnancy examination and monitoring of pregnant women with twin pregnancy complications can reduce fetal loss rate and complication,and the clinical application value is high.
