摘要
以天山公司螺纹锁固胶可赛新~?系列产品为例,测试了厌氧胶的耐扭转疲劳性能,模拟了厌氧胶实际使用过程中因受到扭转力而导致锁紧失效现象,进而为客户选择合适的胶粘剂提供依据。
A brief introduction for the testing method of anti-torsion fatigue performance of anaerobic adhesives was presented. Taking the thread locking anaerobic adhesive products of Tonsan company as the examples, the anti-torsion fatigue properties of anaerobic adhesives were tested. The results simulated the locking failure phenomenon caused by the torsional force during the actual application of anaerobic adhesives, thus provide a basis for customers to rightly choose the adhesive products.
