摘要
目的分析离子喷雾治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎患者针对性护理有效性。方法选择2016年6月-2017年6月我院收治的100例面部激素依赖性皮炎者为研究对象。将其分为2组,每组50例,对照组使用常规护理,以此为基础,观察组使用针对性护理,分析相关结果。结果对照组护理有效率为74.00%,观察组为96.00%。和对照组相比,观察组护理有效率明显较高(P<0.05),对照组护理满意度为90.00%,观察组护理满意度为98.00%。和对照组相比,观察组护理满意度明显更高(P<0.05)。结论对于面部激素依赖性皮炎者,在开展治疗过程中,使用针对性护理,能全面提升护理有效率,安全性强,值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of targeted nursing in patients with hormone dependent dermatitis treated by ion spray.. Methods 100 cases of facial hormone dependence dermatitis treated by ion spray in our hospital from June 2016 to June in-2017 were selected. They were divided into 2 groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing. On the basis of this, the observation group used targeted nursing to analyze the related results. Results The nursing rate in the control group was 74.00% and the observation group was 96.00%. Compared with the control group, the nursing efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 90.00%, and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%. Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis, the use of targeted nursing in the treatment of ionic spray can improve the efficiency and safety of nursing. It is worthy of further promotion.
