摘要
分析国际相关基准系统并结合生产实际,设计了一种有利于清除灰尘和具有快速组合切削等特点的模块化夹具系统。建立振动学方程,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对试验工件进行模态分析和谐响应分析,获取工件的固有频率、发生共振的频率以及共振的幅值。研究结果表明:进行铣削加工时,工件不会发生共振现象,设计的模块化夹具系统可行。
Based on the analysis of international benchmark system and production practice,a modular fixture system for dust removal and cutting is designed with the characteristics of rapid assembly. Through the establishment of vibration equation,the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the test workpiece are analyzed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to capture the natural frequency,resonance frequency and resonance amplitude. The results show that the workpiece did not resonate in the milling process,the modular fixture system is feasible and benefit for engineering practicability.
