摘要
以钻铤钻杆数控管螺纹车床为研究对象,通过Pro/E软件建立床身的三维实体模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行动力学分析,在计算床身的固有频率和能量分布的基础上,提出依据变异系数判断能量分布的均匀程度,并结合振型分析,寻找床身的薄弱环节。在此基础上,以提高床身固有频率为目标,分析床身开孔对其动态性能的影响,提出了3种优化方案,并验证了优化方案的可行性。通过结构优化,改善了床身的动态特性,节约了制造成本。该方法对其他类似关键零/部件的动态优化设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
With drill collar CNC pipe thread lathe as the research object, through the use of Pro/E software to establish three di- mensional solid model of the bed,by using ANSYS software dynamic analysis and the analysis based on the natural frequency and energy distribution of the bed structure, the coefficient of variation is used to judge the uniformity of energy distribution. Combined with the modal analysis ,the weak points were found. On the basis of this, analyzes the influence of the opening of the bed on the dynamic performance of the bed, proposes three optimization schemes, and validates the feasibility of the optimization scheme. Through the structural optimization, the dynamic characteristics of the bed are improved and the manufacturing cost is saved. This method has certain reference value for the dynamic optimization design of other similar key parts.
