摘要
本文报道了用纸色谱法分离油菜籽中硫代葡萄糖甙。该方法不需采用任何精密仪器,缩短了分析时间,能将油菜籽中的硫甙与其它组分有效地分离,并作半定量测定,适用于科研部门进行低硫育种材料的初步筛选。
In this paper,the separation of glucosinolates in rapeseed with paper chr- omatography was reportd.This method has following advantages:less time for ananlysis,without accurate instruments and effectively separating glucos-inolates from other components.It might be used to determene for half qua-ntitive and to screen low-sulphur varieties and lines.
