橡胶减振垫板刚度监测系统研究

摘要 近年来铁路运输的快速发展,对轨道橡胶减振垫板刚度提出更高的要求,研究其刚度性能具有重大的安全意义和经济前景,为此设计研究一种基于电测应变法的橡胶减振垫板刚度监测系统,包括传感器模块、无线数据传输模块、Lab VIEW软件模块三部分,利用应变片将橡胶减振垫板受加载力作用时的应力应变转化为电测信号,进而对垫板的刚度进行分析。采用该系统进行垫板静刚度测试实验,实验中该系统能够及时有效的采集垫板在受不同加载力作用时的电压幅值,电压幅值会随着加载力的变化而变化。同时,系统在垫板锥体中部45°贴片位置处测得的电压幅值与刚度成一次函数关系,可有效监测减振垫板的刚度变化。 With the rapid development of domestic railway transportation, a higher requirement for the stiffness of rubber damping pads is put forward. Studying the stiffness properties of the rubber damping pads is of a great significance in the security and economic aspects. In this paper, a stiffness testing system for rubber damping pads based on electrical strain gauge measurement was designed. This testing system consisted of sensor module, wireless data transmission module of Arduino and the Lab VIEW software module. The stress and strain of the rubber pad were translated into electric signal by using strain gauges. Then, the stiffness of the pad could be analyzed by the system. Finally, this system was used for static and dynamic stiffness testing of the rubber pads. The voltage amplitude resulted from the different loading on the pads could be timely and effectively collected by the testing system. It was found that the voltage amplitude collected by the system has a linear relationship with the stiffness when the strain gauge is attached in 45° direction with the middle section of the pad cone. The analysis of experiment indicates that using this method can effectively detect the change of the stiffness of rubber damping pads.
