摘要
近年来,我国经济高速发展,城镇化和工业化加快,消耗了以煤炭为主的大量能源,大气污染问题愈加严峻,特别是以细颗粒物为特征污染物的区域性大气环境问题日益突出。随着2014年8月开始第一批置换,云南省正式迈入管道天然气时代,为"煤改气"提供了发展的机遇。分析了云南省开展"煤改气"的市场环境和能源消费特点,提出了近期"煤改气"实施思路,从政府和产业链角度提出了推进策略建议。
In recent years, China has achieved rapid economic development, accelerated urbanization and industrialization. It has consumed a large amount of energy mainly in terms of coal. Air pollution has become more severe, and regional air issues characterized by fine particulates are more pronounced. With the first batch of replacements started in August 2014, Yunnan Province officially entered the era of pipeline natural gas, providing a great opportunity for the implementation of "coal to gas" policy. This essay analyzes the market environment and energy consumption characteristics of the implementation of "coal to gas" policy in Yunnan Province. It proposes measures for recent "coal to gas" implementation andgives suggestions on further development from governmental and industrial perspectives.
