摘要
注气符合率是火驱开发的重要指标。针对杜66块火驱注气井符合率低的问题,从注气系统的日常管理入手,重点分析了压缩机机组的性能和运行参数及设备对注气的影响,找出了影响注气符合率的关键因素。通过对现有工艺流程的优化、对设备配件的改进和研发,解决了火驱开发过程中的技术难题,实现了稳定的压力、流量空气注入,有效提高了机组的运行效率,注气符合率提高7%。
During a fire-flooding development, the gas-injecting coincidence is an important index. In this study, starting with daily management of gas-injecting system, we analyzed the properties and running parameters of compressors, and the effect of gas-injecting facilities; then found out the key factors affecting this coincidence; finally optimized the existing process flow, improved the facilities and auxiliaries, and solved the problems occurring in the fire-flooding development. As a result, not only the running efficiency of compressors is improved but also the coincidence is increased by 7 %.
