摘要
2017年我国旅游安全形势总体趋好,旅游行业安全形势存在显著差异,三大旅游突发事件情况不容乐观,不同类型的旅游安全事件呈现明显特征。2017年,强化风险的先期控制、实现风险的有效监管、提升应急的处置效率、加强旅游安全保障等一系列工作得到逐步落实。展望2018年我国旅游安全形势,构建"共建共治共享"旅游安全综合治理体系、全域旅游安全、旅游生态安全、新旅游活动安全、区域旅游安全合作、游客安全问题将成为安全工作的重点。值得注意的是,多元风险将持续影响我国旅游安全,旅游市场乱象仍将影响我国各地旅游安全环境,旅游警察将进一步发挥安全监管与保障作用,结合新业态创新旅游保险是旅游业安全保障的重要因素。
In 2017,the status of tourism safety in China is generally better.There are significant differences in the security situation of the tourism industry.The three major tourism emergencies are not optimistic,and the different types of tourism safety incidents have been become obviously.In 2017,a series of efforts to strengthen the pre-control of risk,to realize the effective supervision of risk,to improve the efficiency of emergency treatment,and to strengthen the safety and security of tourism have been gradually implemented.Looking forward to the situation of China＇s tourism safety in 2018,constructing a comprehensive management system for tourism safety under the principle of＂jointly-building,managing and sharing＂,the safety of all-for-one tourism,eco-tourism security,safety of new tourism activities,regional tourism safety cooperation,and tourist safety issues will become the focus of safety work.It is worth noting that the multiple risks will continue to affect the safety of tourism and the tourism market,which will still affect the safety environment of tourism in all parts of China,the police will further play the role of safety supervision and security,and the new type of innovative tourism insurance is the important factor for the safety of tourism.
