摘要
对不同结构的铝纤维板吸声性能开展实验研究,获得铝纤维板吸声性能与结构之间的关系。根据测试结果可知,与三层结构铝纤维板相比,4层结构铝纤维板可以以更薄的厚度、更浅的空腔得到更优的降噪效果。1.3 mm厚铝纤维板在空腔深度为100 mm时平均降噪系数为0.78,在空腔中添加吸音棉后,全频段的吸声系数均有所提高,平均降噪系数达到0.94。该研究内容可以指导设计具有高吸声性能的铝纤维板吸声结构。
The sound absorbing coefficients of aluminum-fiber boards with different structures were studied experimentally. The relation between the sound absorption performance and the structures was obtained. According to the experimental results, compared with the traditional 3-layer aluminum-fiber board, the 4-layer aluminum-fiber board can achieve a better sound absorbing ability with smaller thickness and shallower cavity. The average sound reduction coefficient of the 4-layer aluminum-fiber board with a thickness of 1.3 mm and the cavity depth of 100 mm is 0.78. When the cavity is filled with some sound absorbing fibers, the sound absorbing coefficient will be improved at all frequencies, and the average sound reduction coefficient will increase to 0.94. These test results are useful for the design of high quality sound absorbing structures with aluminum-fiber boards.
