摘要
目的探索不同时期康复介入对老年性脑出血患者功能恢复的影响。方法选取2014年7月~2017年7月我院收治的老年性脑出血160例患者,抽签分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。对照组患者采用晚期康复介入治疗,观察组患者采用早期康复介入治疗,比较两组患者上肢评分、下肢评分、神经功能缺损评分、改良Barthel(MBI)评分。结果治疗后1、3、6周,观察组患者的MBI评分分别为(78.95±2.68)、(85.94±2.65)、(96.38±1.58)分,上肢评分为(32.86±5.41)分,下肢评分为18.96±3.21)分,均高于对照组[(72.36±1.32)、(80.15±1.33)、(86.98±1.11)、(28.41±3.69)及(22.87±5.42)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3、6周,观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分分别为(16.58±1.33)、(13.28±1.42)、(8.63±1.03)分,均低于对照组[(18.96±1.45)、(16.37±1.54)及(11.39±1.42)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年性脑出血患者实施早期康复介入治疗,能够促进患者的功能恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation intervention at different stages on the functional recovery in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From July 2014 to July 2017,160 patients with senile cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected and grouped by lottery,80 patients in each group.The control group was treated with advanced rehabilitation and the observation group was treated with early rehabilitation as interventions respectively.The upper limb scores,lower limb scores,neurological deficit scores,and MBI scores were compared in the two groups.Results 1,3,and 6 weeks after treatment,the MBI scores in the observation group were（78.95±2.68）,（85.94±2.65） and（96.38±1.58） points,and the upper and lower limb scores were（32.86±5.41） and（18.96±3.21） points respectively,all higher than the corresponding indices in the control group of（72.36±1.32）,（80.15±1.33）,（86.98±1.11） points,（28.41±3.69）,and（22.87±5.42） points.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The neurological defect scores in the observation group were（16.58 ±1.33）,（13.28 ±1.42） points,and（8.63 ±1.03） points,which were lower than those in the control group of（18.96±1.45）,（16.37±1.54） points and（11.39±1.42） points with significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation interventional therapy for elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage can promote functional recovery.
